how it works
01 / Consultation
During our initial meeting, we will go over any questions or concerns you may have regarding sessions, my approach etc. This is also for me to get a brief understanding of your situation, the challenges you wish to work on and what you would like to achieve.
02 / Discovery
The first few sessions will be exploring your problems in depth, discovering any underlying causes, and setting short & long-term goals.
03 / Regular Sessions
The following sessions will be focused on resolving any problems that were previously mentioned. This will also serve as an opportunity for clarity or guidance with new challenges that arise. With every session, you will be reminded of the goals you had set and assess your progress.
