01 / Consultation

During our initial meeting, we will go over any questions or concerns you may have regarding sessions, my approach etc. This is also for me to get a brief understanding of your situation, the challenges you wish to work on and what you would like to achieve.

02 / Discovery

The first few sessions will be exploring your problems in depth, discovering any underlying causes, and setting short & long-term goals.




 

03 / Regular Sessions

The following sessions will be focused on resolving any problems that were previously mentioned. This will also serve as an opportunity for clarity or guidance with new challenges that arise. With every session, you will be reminded of the goals you had set and assess your progress.

What is coaching?

Just as an athlete would enlist a coach to train and support them throughout their athletic journey, a mental health coach is there to support you through difficult times, encourage change and personal growth, teach you expert techniques, and help you develop skills to make you feel at ease and confident with yourself.

Coaching helps clients focus on the future and move beyond feeling “stuck.” A coach holds you accountable for what you say you’ll do, gives you a push to do more than you would do on your own, and helps you overcome limiting beliefs that are holding you back from discovering your passion, values, and strengths. A coach will ask probing questions to bring out your unique abilities, help you create a vision and plan for the future, and will stay with you while you implement changes. 

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is for anyone who is ready to invest in themselves but need the extra push or guidance. People from all walks of life find coaching a useful tool to unlocking their potential. The only criteria you need for coaching is the willingness for change and personal growth. 

How long is a session &
how many sessions do I need?

Sessions are up to an hour long each. I typically recommend a minimum of 4 sessions, in order to properly decide if mental health coaching supports you in the right way. However, how many sessions you need is completely up to you, your goals and your connection with me as your coach. 

What results can I expect from working with you?

The results are mainly dependent upon you and your determination to not only follow my recommendations, but to also decide that nothing will stop you from getting the results you desire. Please understand that there can be no guarantees concerning the outcome of coaching or the achievement of specific goals, however, you can expect to be heard and accepted, and to receive appropriate care in an ethical and professional manner.

Furthermore, you should expect to be given the opportunity to assess your emotional well-being and how you are progressing in life. You will consider whether you are happy, whether you are reaching your personal and professional goals, and assess your state of mind and the relationships in your life.

Is my information safe with you?

Anything you share during session is kept strictly private between you and I. All information will remain confidential, even if you are under the age of 18. I'd be happy to go over any confidentiality concerns before starting.

How do I get started?

If you're thinking about starting sessions with me, I recommend booking a 20-minute complimentary session first. This is for us to get to know each other, see if we're a fit to work together and for you to ask any additional questions you may have. After that, all necessary information (i.e. payment details, policies, etc) will be sent to your email.

None of the times you provided work for me, what should I do?

Please contact me and let me know your region/timezone plus your availability. I'll see what I can do to accommodate.
