Hey ladies,

As a practicing therapist and mental health coach, I understand the weight and frustration of feeling confused about life, stuck, or like there is more out there for you, but not knowing where to turn to first. That’s why my mission is simple: give my clients the support that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures. 
​
Over the years, I’ve provided in-person coaching and psychological services to clients in the US, UK and parts of Asia. Through her.Mana, my mental health services are now available online as well! I specialize in helping women identify core challenges and setbacks by coping with the issues that are causing them stress, anxiety, and distress. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by promoting self-love, self-confidence, self-discovery and self-motivation.

"Mana" represents the spiritual life force energy in every individual, and the healing power we all have inside us. My aim is to help you ladies to strengthen your mana and use it to reach your full potential.

Every moment filled with doubt, anxiety or pressure can be used as a catalyst for a fresh start. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. With your mental strength and wellness being my number one priority, I am here to help guide you through all of life’s challenges with the attention and care you deserve to achieve a more positive outlook.
